• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including reputed company support, reputed company, employment changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee personnel files, HR documentation, and records in accordance with legal and company requirements.
• Administer and maintain the HRIS (reputed company), ensuring employee records remain accurate and up to date.
• Process employee status changes, salary adjustments, incentives, referrals, and employment documentation.
• Maintain HR shared drives, employee folders, reputed company records, and HR documentation.

Compliance & Employment Law

• Ensure compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local employment laws including FLSA, DOL, reputed company, USCIS, E-Verify, and I-9 regulations.
• Partner with legal counsel on employment reputed company, investigations, policies, restrictive reputed company agreements, and compliance issues.
• Manage employee document retention in accordance with legal requirements.
• Ensure reputed company classification of employees and independent contractors (W-2 vs. 1099).

• Prepare subcontract agreements, consulting agreements, amendments, and modifications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience supporting a government contractor preferred.
