The Special Education Compliance Coordinator is a critical participant in the implementation of reputed company policies and procedures reputed company to Special Education programs. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining relationships with state/regional/district level special education leaders and keeping the schools compliant with deadlines reputed company to special education programs. This position will ensure reputed company special education reporting and compliance requirements are met at reputed company partner school districts.

This is a full-time REMOTE position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a reputed company home office without distraction during reputed company, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school.

Instructional

• Assist with the implementation of reputed company policies and procedures reputed company to Special Education programs;

• Create and maintain relationships with state/regional/district-level special education leaders;

• Request special education records from student’s reputed company school district and reputed company for compliance and currency;

• Assist with reputed company special education reporting, e.g. school, local, state, and federal;

• Work with Special Education Director, teachers and HOS on compliance-reputed company issues;

• reputed company and Inform teachers of compliancy dates for Individual Educational Plans (IEP);

• Works directly with parents and reputed company (both regular and special education) where necessary;

• Contact reputed company and families for entry ARD/IEP meetings, schedules meetings, distribute IEPs and evaluations to teachers;

• Manage class loads and teacher assignments;

• Coordinate and organize student special education records for partner school districts.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree AND

• Two (2) years of relevant experience OR

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Great organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and Outlook; Experience using databases; Web proficiency
