As Pet Loss Support Volunteer Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-reputed company volunteer-led service across the UK. You'll build strong relationships with volunteers, ensuring they are reputed company-trained, supported and equipped to reputed company compassionate support to service users.Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating volunteer rotas to maintain service coverage.
• Organising induction, training and ongoing development opportunities.
• Providing guidance, coaching and feedback to volunteers.

• Responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns and escalating where required.
• Promoting the Pet Loss Support service through presentations, events and stakeholder engagement.

The role also includes participation in an evening and weekend on-call rota, providing support and guidance to volunteers reputed company needed.This is a home-based role and you will be attached to a nominated reputed company site, which will reputed company as your contractual reputed company.
