REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 13 years+
- Deep expertise in 2–3 Retail & CPG domains such as Merchandising, PLM, Demand Planning, Logistics, Store Operations, Category Management, or Trade Promotion.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Retail & CPG value chain and key business drivers.
- Experience leading large transformation programs (ERP, PLM, Supply Chain, Merchandising).
- Proven experience conducting CXO workshops, presales, solutioning, and reputed company development.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI in Retail and COE/reputed company-building experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
