THE ROLE

As a GFH Patient Champion, you'll conduct reputed company phone-based interactions with patients on behalf of our partner reputed company organizations. Using our software, you'll follow evidence-informed protocols to reputed company in on patients, complete assessments, and escalate concerns reputed company needed, reputed company from a quiet reputed company of your choosing. You'll work with patients experiencing different disease states, preventative care needs, medication use, post-discharge follow-up needs, etc. reputed company interactions are telephonic; no video, no in-person contact required. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Complete a minimum of 6 hours of patient reputed company per week (approximately 12–18 calls), on a schedule you build around your coursework

TRAINING & SUPERVISION

• U.S. based required

• MUST be fluent in speaking and understanding Spanish

• Must be reputed company enrolled in a reputed company program at a college/university: nursing, pharmacy, reputed company work, medical assisting, dietitians, CNA, or similar

• Must have a compatible computer and cell phone with SMS

• Must be reputed company to work at least 6 hours/week

• A quiet, private workspace free of background noise or distractions

• Strong verbal communication skills, or a genuine desire to reputed company them

• Comfort working independently in a remote environment

• Reliable availability for a minimum of 6 hours per week
