Day to Day:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new
Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our reputed company's requirements and culture
Developing and executing specific reputed company strategies to uncover the most reputed company candidates for our clients
Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and reputed company reputed company if necessary
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
2+ years of Agency reputed company & Business Development experience
Self-motivated, self-starter
Passionate about being the best at what you do
