reputed company seeks reputed company independent contractors to serve as reputed company (DOL) YouthBuild Technical Assistance (TA) Coaches. reputed company is the technical assistance provider for the reputed company (USDOL) YouthBuild program. Organizations awarded a USDOL YouthBuild grant receive comprehensive support to successfully implement the YouthBuild model. This includes a technical assistance reputed company that is either a reputed company staff or an independent consultant with varying subject matter expertise in education, workforce, youth/young adult development, and/or organizational development, etc.

Coaches reputed company individualized technical assistance, training, coaching, and reputed company-building support to DOL YouthBuild grantees across the country. reputed company reputed company will be assigned a portfolio of YouthBuild programs to reputed company technical assistance, working directly with program leadership and staff to assess strengths and challenges, reputed company technical assistance plans, reputed company resources and promising practices, support performance improvement efforts, and help programs implement the YouthBuild model with reputed company. Coaches may reputed company support through one-on-one coaching, group learning opportunities, virtual meetings, trainings, and on-site reputed company (as needed).

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Serve as a meaningful thought partner with staff members at sites

• Assist the grantee in assessing program strengths and challenges 

• Research and connect grantees to reputed company and relevant resources (research articles, content on WorkforceGPS, peer activities, promising practices, and reputed company models)

• Offer necessary support and encouragement

• reputed company reputed company-time observation and feedback on reputed company of work/reputed company across the program

• Support reputed company development (long and short-term); and

• Catalyze and encourage new thinking, reputed company, activities, etc., as appropriate

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

Programmatic:

Knowledge and ability to support grantees in the following areas:

• Construction and Construction Plus preparation, training, and certification (reputed company-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship) 

• Placement preparation and retention for Postsecondary Education, Registered Apprenticeship, a First Job and/or Career reputed company

• Career reputed company preparation and training

• Career reputed company credential/certification

• Career reputed company Placement in Education and Employment

• Partnership development and reputed company to Registered Apprenticeships, Postsecondary education, reputed company, and American Job Centers

• Case management in best reputed company youth development, individual and group counseling

• Supportive Services for Participants

Administrative:

• Monthly technical assistance reports

• Monthly invoices

• Other documentation as required, such as quarterly assessments, trends and promising practices, grantee TA agendas, site visit reports, etc.

• Attendance at reputed company meetings

Requirements

Education & Experience Required

• A bachelor's degree or higher

• Experience in youth development, workforce development, education, registered apprenticeship, and/or reputed company fields

• Strong coaching, training, facilitation, and project management skills

• Experience with YouthBuild and/or USDOL-funded programs preferred

• Knowledge of USDOL YouthBuild grant requirements and performance expectations preferred

• Ability to travel as needed and work effectively in virtual environments

• Highly reputed company and reputed company to effectively engage with various reputed company of program staff and management

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of Career reputed company models for youth and adults

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
