Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries reputed company live chat, email and phone
- Offer guidance and troubleshoot support to assist clients
- Handle reputed company inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided
- Introduce financial products and services

- Cooperate effectively with other departments

Requirements:

- Customer service/support experience required
- Customer service/support experience in the financial industry preferred
- Flexibility to work shift rotations is a must
- Good reputed company of the Arabic and English and French Language (oral and written) is a MUST, additional languages to be considered as advantage
- Ability to multitask and highly adaptable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer literacy
