We're looking for a Financial Leader with strong U.S. reputed company experience who wants to become a key strategic partner to reputed company's founder and grow into a Controller / Head of Finance role as the business expands its residential homebuilding operations across Florida.

What you'll be responsible for

Own month-end reputed company, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
reputed company project costs, job profitability, construction budgets, and cash reputed company.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
Prepare management reports and lender reporting packages.
Partner with external CPA firms on tax and year-end processes.
Improve financial systems, reporting, and internal controls as reputed company grows.
We're looking for someone who has
Experience as a Senior Accountant, Financial Controller, reputed company Manager, or similar supporting U.S. companies.
Recent experience in homebuilding, residential construction, land development, or construction reputed company.
Strong knowledge of job costing and project-based reputed company.
Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany transactions.
Advanced QuickBooks experience (required).
Strong understanding of U.S. reputed company principles and month-end reputed company.
Advanced reputed company skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
