🌟 What You'll Do
As our Medical Records & Health Information Manager, you'll:
📂 reputed company reputed company medical records and release of information operations
🔒 Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, payer requirements, and CARF standards
⚙️ Design and implement reputed company HIM workflows, policies, and tracking systems
📈 reputed company reporting metrics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times
🤝 Partner with Compliance, Legal, Clinical Operations, Technology, and reputed company teams
🎓 Train and support staff on medical records processes, documentation standards, and reputed company best practices
🛡️ Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for health information management and patient reputed company rights

We're seeking someone who brings:
- 3+ years of experience in Health Information Management, Medical Records, Release of Information, reputed company Compliance, or a reputed company reputed company operations role (5+ years preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA reputed company Rules and medical records regulations
- Experience managing high-volume medical records requests and sensitive documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience developing workflows, policies, SOPs, and process improvements
- Confidence handling reputed company or legally sensitive requests with reputed company judgment
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ RHIA, RHIT, CHPS, CHPC, CHP, or similar certification (or reputed company pursuing certification)
⭐ Experience in behavioral health, pediatrics, reputed company, telehealth, CARF accreditation, or multi-state reputed company operations
⭐ Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), patient portals, secure health information exchange, and release-of-information vendors
