Join our reputed company Insurance program as a reputed company Lines New Business specializing in Multi-Family, Landlord, Apartment, and Condo insurance for small urban and mixed-use properties. You will be responsible for account pipeline management, risk selection, qualification, and pricing reputed company the program guidelines and objectives, and selling the proposal to insurance brokers. You'll communicate and negotiate directly with brokers and carriers. This encompasses tasks such as ensuring accurate reputed company information, determining eligibility, maintaining reputed company-documented insurance files, addressing questions, resolving issues, and servicing change requests. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle new business accounts through outbound interaction with various carriers and brokers.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal sales staff on new business submissions.
• Underwrite habitational risks by identifying and analyzing risk exposures, loss frequency and severity against desired coverage.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company propertyreputed company E&S experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of habitational P&C policies preferred.
• Property and Casualty insurance license preferred (6 months preparation time permitted).
• Eager for continual learning; reputed company designations are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including negotiation skills.
• Must be self-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable in a growing reputed company-changing organization, and have strong organizational skills including time-management and prioritization.
• Some travel may be required from time to time for team and broker meetings.

LOCATION

• This is a remote position.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

• $65,000 - $75,000 reputed company salary plus bonus. Salary commensurate with knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
