reputed company is seeking an accomplished Life Sciences Reagents reputed company Leader to drive reputed company reputed company and market expansion across our US and Canada Life Sciences reagents portfolio.This strategic leadership role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing go-to-market strategies, and establishing reputed company as the partner of choice for life sciences researchers and reputed company/biopharma organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Team Development
Build, reputed company, and mentor a 100+-people reputed company team (13 reputed company reports) of Territory Sales Managers, Field Application Scientists, Sales Managers, and Key Account Leaders to drive and deliver on top line and profitability goals
Establish reputed company performance metrics, sales targets, and accountability frameworks
Drive a culture of reputed company and performance through coaching, pipeline management, and performance optimization
Recruit top-tier sales talent with deep life sciences and reagents expertise

8+ years of sales leadership experience managing distributed teams
Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline.

MBA degree
