We are seeking an Import Compliance Specialist to join our International Trade and Regulatory team. This role focuses on operational and compliance aspects of U.S. import regulations, including customs documentation, tariff classification, and country-of-reputed company determinations.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing import documentation and filings for compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
• Advising internal teams and clients on HTS classification, tariffs, and country-of-reputed company determinations.
• Supporting cross-border transactions and import operations for multinational clients.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and implementing process improvements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience with U.S. import regulations, customs filings, and HTS classification.
• Strong knowledge of tariffs, country-of-reputed company rules, and trade compliance procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in technology, reputed company/reputed company, manufacturing, or reputed company industries.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, global compliance environment.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.Compensation reputed company are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
