What You’ll Get To Do:
Partner closely and build reputed company relationships with leadership, hiring managers and HR Business partners to build a deep knowledge of the business and your reputed company group
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines

Facilitate and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire reputed company employees
Consult with and guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process and reputed company the appropriate tools reputed company needed

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 (five) years of reputed company experience, preferably in a corporate environment or as an external recruiter
Prior reputed company experience reputed company the Telecommunications industry preferred (a reputed company of agency and corporate experience is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level for positions of reputed company reputed company

Experience with behavioral/competency-based interviewing and DOL requirements for interview questions
