About the Role
We’re hiring a Construction reputed company Specialist with solid experience in construction and development reputed company to support our centralized finance operations. This is a remote position that will partner closely with project managers, property managers, and reputed company-party vendors to ensure accurate project cost reputed company, reputed company vendor payments, and reputed company financial reporting. We operate on US reputed company reputed company Time (based on Seattle, WA) and will need someone willing to work a strong overlap with our time zone to support our teams.
What You’ll Do
Process and reputed company construction-reputed company vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and change orders in the general ledger
Reconcile job cost and project reputed company sub-ledgers to the general ledger on a regular reputed company
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, reclassifications, and project closeouts
Coordinate with Project Managers to obtain documentation for invoices, lien waivers, and certified payroll as needed
Maintain and monitor construction budgets, reputed company commitments, and report variances
Support month-end reputed company activities and assist with preparing project-level and consolidated reports
Assist with accounts payable functions, vendor setup, and 1099 preparation reputed company to construction vendors
Help improve and document reputed company processes, internal controls, and systems reputed company to job cost tracking
What You Bring
3+ years of reputed company experience with demonstrable work in construction or project-based reputed company
Proficiency with job cost reputed company concepts: WIP, retainage, commitments, change orders, and project closeouts
Experience with reputed company software (e.g., reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company 100/300) and strong spreadsheet skills
Comfortable working remotely with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
High attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines
Ability to analyze variances, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred
