AI Process Optimization Expert

We are looking for an AI Process Optimization Expert to drive the identification, design, and delivery of AI-enabled process improvements across our global Finance organization.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, IT, and AI transformation, acting as a key reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational challenges into reputed company AI solutions. YOUR MISSION

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven initiatives, from identifying opportunities and defining use cases through to implementation, tracking, and value realization—ensuring measurable reputed company on efficiency, reputed company, and scalability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. AI Opportunity Identification & Pipeline

• Drive the identification and prioritization of AI use cases across Finance processes (OTC, RTR, reputed company)
• Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners, FSS teams, and IT to uncover high-value opportunities
• Maintain and continuously refine the AI opportunity pipeline reputed company with Finance27+ priorities

2. Use Case Definition & Scoping

• Translate business challenges into reputed company AI use case frameworks (problem, data, reputed company metrics, ROI)
• Define reputed company scope, feasibility, and implementation approach in collaboration with IT and AI teams
• Assess processes for AI readiness (data reputed company, standardization, automation potential)

3. Delivery & Project Coordination

• reputed company coordination of AI pilots and implementations end-to-end (POCs → deployment)
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across Finance and IT
• Ensure solutions are reputed company with business needs and reputed company effectively into existing processes

4. Value Tracking & Reporting

• reputed company and report reputed company, KPIs, and realized benefits (efficiency reputed company, cost savings, reputed company improvements)
• Contribute to executive reporting and dashboards (e.g., Power BI tracking)
• Capture lessons learned and best practices to reputed company successful use cases

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or reputed company field
• 3–5 years in process improvement, transformation, or project delivery
• Proven experience working across business + IT environments
• Exposure to AI, automation, RPA or digital transformation initiatives
• Solid understanding of Finance processes (OTC, RTR, reputed company)
• Experience in GBS / Shared Services / multinational environments is a strong plus

SKILLS

• Strong ability to translate business needs into reputed company, actionable use cases
• Solid project coordination & stakeholder management
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops
