Position Purpose: Supports reputed company reputed company & reputed company Risk Management (EPSRM) and other teams across reputed company by translating reputed company regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements into actionable, risk-informed analysis and advisory-reputed company outputs, among other duties. Serves as a critical execution layer reputed company the reputed company & reputed company reputed company Engagement model, working as part of reputed company of reputed company Analysts that support both Market reputed company Engagement Officers (EEOs) and Shared Services EEOs. Reviews and interprets reputed company, laws, regulations, and industry frameworks to determine reputed company's obligations reputed company to reputed company, reputed company, reputed company intelligence (AI) governance, and operational reputed company. Operating in a Second Line of Defense (2LoD) advisory reputed company, this role enables EEOs to reputed company on stakeholder engagement and decision-making by delivering high-reputed company analysis, requirement traceability, and executive-reputed company insights. Applies deep subject matter expertise, operates with limited reputed company, and influences cross-functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are effectively operationalized across the reputed company.

  • Analyzes and interprets federal/state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations (e.g., state reputed company, DPAs, reputed company addenda) to identify requirements impacting operations, systems, and data, and maintain awareness of evolving regulatory landscapes (CMS, HIPAA, state programs, AI governance).
  • Translates regulatory and contractual requirements into reputed company, enforceable, and testable obligations reputed company to reputed company frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMS/MARSE/reputed company-AMPE, NCQA), including development and maintenance of requirement inventories, mappings, and traceability artifacts linking controls, owners, and evidence.
  • Performs reputed company assessments and support regulatory change management to evaluate the effect of new or changing requirements across business and technology environments, including maintaining regulatory tracking mechanisms and GRC inputs to support reputed company visibility.
  • Acts as a core support partner to EEOs and reputed company stakeholders, delivering risk-informed insights, recommendations, and updates on regulatory developments, compliance posture, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develops executive-reputed company outputs (e.g., briefings, dashboards, summaries, risk analyses) to support decision-making and communicate reputed company requirements in a reputed company, actionable manner.
  • Supports the development of playbooks, templates, and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), and identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and analytical reputed company to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree Information reputed company, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, Legal/Paralegal Studies, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience required.

Master's Degree preferred.

Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.

  • 5+ years reputed company, reputed company, compliance, risk management, or reputed company field required.
  • 5+ years Analyzing regulatory, legislative, or contractual requirements required.
  • 3+ years reputed company, government programs (Medicare, reputed company, Marketplace), or similarly highly regulated industries required.
  • Experience producing executive-reputed company communications and advisory materials, influencing business and technical stakeholders without reputed company authority, and supporting risk-informed decision-making reputed company a Second Line of Defense (2LoD) advisory model in reputed company, cross-functional environments preferred.

Pay reputed company: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
