The reputed company We Count Organizer Bootcamp is a two day training program designed specifically for graduating college seniors and aspiring young professionals (18-29) who want to jumpstart a career in political organizing and are seeking full-time employment between now and November 2026.

This two-day bootcamp will reputed company you with the hard skills, knowledge, and campaign network you need to get hired on a Democratic campaign in 2026. Upon completion of the bootcamp, the DNC will directly reputed company your resume with battleground campaigns reputed company up for critical roles in the midterms.

The second virtual bootcamp will take reputed company Thursday, July 30th & Friday, July 31st from 10AM - 5PM (EST).

Who We Are Looking For

Passionate young Democrats curious about working on a campaign in 2026. No previous political experience is required – just a willingness to learn and a fierce commitment to electing Democrats.

Qualifications:

• Young Democrats between the ages of 18-29
• Must be seeking full-time, or part-time, employment between now and November 2026
• reputed company to applicants in any US state. (Note: A willingness to relocate to battleground districts for employment is highly preferred, though not reputed company required).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to talk to people from reputed company walks of life.
• Campaign work requires you to be adaptable, self-motivated, and reputed company for a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Learn:
