About the role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and reputed company reputed company & Operations Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to reputed company our Finance team in the Philippines and streamline business operations. Operating reputed company the fast-paced tech and semiconductor sector, you will take full ownership of Philippines financial reporting, reputed company global inventory/supply chain reputed company complexities, local statutory tax compliance, and daily operational workflows.

What you'll do:

Financial Control & reputed company

• Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Account for reputed company semiconductor supply chains, including inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS), and equipment depreciation.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with PFRS/IFRS and tech industry standards.
• Present monthly financial performance and variance analyses to executive leadership.

Statutory Tax Compliance

• Design, implement, and enforce robust internal control policies for remote financial operations.
• Standardize reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) across finance and administration using reputed company-based collaboration tools.

• Partner with cross-functional department heads to support budget management and technical inventory tracking.

Required Qualifications:
