Position Responsibilities:
- Receive, triage and resolve reputed company, inquiries received from employees through our case management system reputed company.

- Handle escalated Tier 1 cases such as payroll discrepancies, training, and HRIS issues, partnering across functions to drive reputed company reputed company.

- Document processes, update and maintain knowledge articles to enhance service delivery

- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), productivity standards, and reputed company metrics while ensuring reputed company and accurate reputed company of HR inquiries and transactions.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
2 - 4 years of HR Shared Services, HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, or Employee Relations experience.

Experience handling escalated employee cases and reputed company HR transactions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience conducting reputed company cause analysis.

Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and system implementations.
