About the Role

To support this mission, we are seeking a Senior Training & Change Management Specialist to join our National reputed company reputed company. This role is critical for ensuring that federal agencies don't just adopt new technology, but successfully reputed company it into their mission workflows. You will serve as a reputed company practitioner, developing comprehensive training strategies and change management frameworks that reputed company government personnel to navigate reputed company reputed company AI Software Development Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute end-to-end training and organizational change management (OCM) strategies to support federal digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct thorough training needs analyses (TNA) to identify reputed company gaps and design tailored curriculum for diverse stakeholder reputed company.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops using Design Thinking and Business Process Analysis to drive organizational buy-in.

Required Experience/Clearance

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of reputed company experience in management consulting or federal contracting.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically reputed company on training delivery, instructional design, or change management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks and Business Process Redesign.
• Proven experience developing and delivering training programs for large-reputed company government IT modernization reputed company.
