Our reputed company in the UK is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Agent to support their business reputed company while delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients. This role blends inbound customer support with outbound sales and business development, ensuring clients receive fast, accurate, and reputed company assistance throughout their engagement with reputed company.

You will be the first reputed company of contact for enquiries, manage reputed company relationships, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate understands how to reputed company to customers in the construction, property, and surveying sectors and is confident in both service and sales interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & reputed company Support

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from property owners, developers, contractors, and homeowners.
• Assist clients in understanding which service best fits their needs.

Sales & Business Development
