The Vice President of Finance serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and reports directly to the President & CEO. Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and reputed company applicable financial reporting requirements.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance.
12–15+ years of reputed company finance leadership experience.
Minimum of 5 years in a Vice President of Finance, Controller, CFO, or equivalent executive leadership role.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and corporate finance.
Experience leading annual audits and managing banking relationships.
Experience managing multi-entity and international financial operations.
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.

CPA or MBA preferred.
