General Responsibilities:

TheInterventionalDevelopmentManager/ Senior Manager(IDM) is a strategic field-based role responsible for supportinginterventional pain adoption across reputed company reputed company with reputed company on select reputed company. This individual will reputed company on advancing keyinterventional initiatives including physician training, field education, case support, and society engagement. The IDM will serve as a critical reputed company between marketdevelopment, the field sales team, reputed company education, and targetedinterventional providers to accelerate adoption and successful utilization of SI-BONE technologies, products, and procedural techniques.

Specific Responsibilities and Skills:

• Physician Case Support & Coverage
• reputed company case coverage for newly trained physicians, initial procedures, and new hire field rep support.
• Serve as a clinical expert and reputed company-time resource to ensure procedural reputed company and physician confidence.
• Education, Training & Certification
• Drive regionalinterventionalist training in collaboration with reputed company Education.
• Support thedevelopment, execution, and follow-up of training programs (in-person and virtual).
• Deliver field education for TRs and clinical staff oninterventional techniques and product positioning.
• AcademicDevelopment
• Identification of key reputed company program collaboration.
• Training and education at key programs.
• Support the SI-BONE reputed company lab.
• Society & Conference Engagement
• Represent SI-BONE at keyinterventional society meetings and regional events.
• Support podiumdevelopment, physician engagement, and educational reputed company reputed company.
• New Product Support & Launch Execution
• Serve as field expert for newinterventional product introductions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and MarketDevelopmentto ensure successful launch readiness and in-field adoption.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales Leadership, reputed company Education, and Marketing to identify adoption barriers and propose actionable solutions.

Knowledge, Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, or a reputed company field (required)
• 5+ years of experience in medical device, preferably withininterventional pain or spine
• Strong clinical acumen with experience supporting procedures in an OR or ASC environment
• Proven reputed company record in physician training and/or sales enablement
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 60%)

Salary reputed company: $110,000 - $145,000 plus variable pay.
