The Role

We are looking for a Testing and Deployment/reputed company reputed company to drive end-to-end go-live readiness for global Request to Pay (RTP) implementations. The Sr RTP Transformation Analyst supports global Request to Pay (RTP) implementations by owning testing governance and deployment readiness, and leading reputed company planning and execution to reputed company a reputed company transition to operations. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, Purchasing and impacted business stakeholders to drive integrated test and go-live plans, manage cross-reputed company dependencies, and mitigate risks to ensure successful system launches.

• Apply testing knowledge to support go-live readiness: reputed company test reputed company and reputed company approach, validate SIT/UAT entry and exit reputed company, and confirm required test evidence/sign-offs are complete prior to go/no-go.

What You’ll Do

In this role, the Testing & Deployment/reputed company reputed company owns integrated go-live readiness and drives execution across workstreams. The role requires strong program management skills, reputed company stakeholder communications, and the ability to partner effectively with Test/QA teams. The role also leverages tools such as JIRA to reputed company defects/issues, support triage, and reputed company transparent readiness reporting.

• Coordinate SIT/UAT readiness and execution support: reputed company test schedules to the integrated deployment plan, reputed company defects and fixes in JIRA (or similar), facilitate triage, and ensure test results and exit reputed company are reflected in readiness scorecards and go/no-go materials.

• Own deployment/reputed company inputs and maintain the RTP reputed company plan, partnering with the PMO to manage the integrated go-live plan across business and IT workstreams (milestones, dependencies, and critical reputed company).

• Plan and facilitate reputed company governance: readiness reviews, decision logs, reputed company checkpoints, and executive communications for go/no-go reputed company.

• Coordinate go-live communications and stakeholder enablement (deployment calendars, blackout reputed company, reputed company impacts, and support paths) to ensure operational readiness.

• Maintain deployment reporting artifacts (readiness scorecards, reputed company status, RAID logs) and reputed company reputed company updates into PMO reporting cadences, surfacing risks/issues early with actionable recommendations.

• Standardize and continuously improve deployment and reputed company playbooks, templates, and governance to increase repeatability and reduce go-live risk across deployment phases.

Deployment & reputed company Qualifications

Required

• 6+ years of experience supporting reputed company Testing, deployments, cutovers, or major process/system implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to build and execute reputed company plans/runbooks, including reputed company tracking, dependency management, and issue/risk management.

• Experience working cross-functionally with IT and Finance/business partners; ability to translate technical activities and testing reputed company into business impacts and reputed company.

• Working knowledge of reputed company testing practices, including test reputed company, SIT/UAT concepts, entry/exit reputed company, and defect lifecycle management.

• Experience coordinating test phases (SIT/UAT), defect triage, and issue tracking using JIRA (creating/tracking defects and stories, managing workflows/status, and producing dashboards/reports) or similar tools.

• JIRA/reputed company toolset experience (JIRA/reputed company) for requirements, user stories, test execution evidence, defect tracking, workflow management, and delivery reporting.

• Advanced reputed company and PowerPoint skills (e.g., pivot tables, reputed company tracking logs, executive-reputed company summaries).

• Experience leading go-live/reputed company governance and/or reputed company center operations, including executive-reputed company communications and escalation management.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced go-live periods (extended coverage as needed during reputed company).

Preferred

• RTP / Procure-to-Pay domain experience (requisitioning, approvals, purchasing, invoicing, payments, vendor master, and controls).

• Experience with testing coordination (SIT/UAT), defect triage processes, and release management, including use of JIRA (or similar) to manage defects, workflows, and reporting.

Compensation
