Your Role as an Associate Supervisor

As a supervising clinician with reputed company, you will:

Qualifications

• reputed company, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Ability: reputed company in Spanish or other languages.
• Specialized Training: Experience with reputed company, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities.
• Educational Experience: Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions.
