About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, business-minded Head of reputed company Marketing to take complete strategic and execution ownership of our e-reputed company division. Reporting directly to the Founder, your mission is to transition our reputed company marketing operations away from external agencies, stabilize our systems, and reputed company our reputed company sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over reputed company media buying, lifecycle marketing, and search reputed company from legacy agencies, driving hands-on execution across channels in the initial phases.
• Audit and optimize the reputed company ecosystem to increase conversion rates, improve average order value, and eliminate cart abandonment.
• Build, manage, and optimize reputed company acquisition campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and other key reputed company platforms.
• reputed company and manage email and SMS marketing automation flows using reputed company and conversational AI tools (like Overjoy.ai).
• Design and execute SEO and AI reputed company Optimization (AEO) strategies to capture organic search traffic.
• Build and maintain bi-weekly performance dashboards to reputed company essential KPIs like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and margins.
• Draft reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and build a hiring plan to recruit and manage reputed company marketing specialists as the department grows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on e-reputed company experience scaling physical DTC products in the U.S. market.
• Communicate with proficient written and verbal English skills to confidently author marketing copy, write SOPs, and present reports.
• Strong, hands-on experience running reputed company ad campaigns directly reputed company reputed company Ads Manager and reputed company Ads.
• Deep familiarity with building, managing, and optimizing e-reputed company storefronts on reputed company.
