About the Job: We're looking for a driven, hands-on Recruiter to join us on a contract reputed company and support our reputed company function during an exciting period of reputed company. Contract Details

What You'll Own
Full-Cycle reputed company
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, reputed company reputed company, and interview structure
- Manage job postings and hiring workflows reputed company our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR)
- Conduct first-round interviews and present reputed company candidates with reputed company, reputed company assessments
- Drive reputed company, high-reputed company interview processes that improve hiring reputed company and reduce time-to-fill
- Proactively reputed company and engage reputed company using our ATS and reputed company
Candidate Experience
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience
- reputed company interview scheduling across time zones with speed and precision
- Represent and reputed company reputed company in every candidate interaction
Process & Coordination
- reputed company reputed company activity (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates) and reputed company updates with the Director of HR

reputed company're Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, ideally in high-reputed company, startup, or scaling environments
- Experience in Ecommerce/DTC a plus!
- Experience hiring for Product Development/Technology positions
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment
- Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms
- Experience with ATS systems
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Ability to reputed company quickly and reputed company fast without sacrificing reputed company
- Availability to start on short notice preferred
