reputed company - online-school for children 4 -12 years old, in which children remotely learn English language with natives from the US and the UK. Our customers come from more than 40 countries reputed company over the world. We have 80K+ reputed company and 3K+ teachers. We are proud of our international team of over 400 Novakiders.

We are looking for the reputed company support manager with knowledge of Turkish at the advanced / bi-lingual level.

Duties:

• Support users in Turkish, solving problems that reputed company during the lesson. Resolving reputed company cases in chat or by calls

• Assisting with translations into Turkish (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc)

• Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)

Conditions

• Remote work, you can work from almost reputed company

• Full time work, 40 hours per week

• 5 working days on, 2 days off; both weekend days are working days, and days off are during the week.

• Working shifts 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with evening shifts being more common.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Turkish - C2

• Knowledge of English (at least B2)

• Experience of working in a language school welcome
