YOUR DUTIES

• Conduct user-centered research and usability testing.
• Create user flows, wireframes, visual styles, interaction design, UI components, etc.
• Apply user-centered design processes to evaluate existing systems and contribute to new designs.
• Effectively communicate design processes and findings to team members and stakeholders.
• Select, apply, and support team members in using tools and standards such as the System Usability reputed company (SUS), UI style guides, etc.
• reputed company junior personnel in specific tasks, demonstrating an understanding of how various tasks and team member roles contribute to overall project reputed company.
• Independently manage reputed company tasks and collaborate with peers to reputed company project objectives.

YOUR SKILLS

• Must have US DoD reputed company Clearance
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a UX/HFE environment
• Proficiency with design tools such as reputed company CC (especially XD), reputed company, Axure, Sketch, etc.
• A commitment to understanding and advocating for the needs and preferences of end users across a program.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company reputed company factors findings and recommendations articulately to a wide reputed company of audiences.
