Customer Care Representative II, Call Center Location: This position will work remote and the ideal candidate will live reputed company 50 miles of our reputed company location in St. Louis, MO; Atlanta, GA or Richmond, VA... The Customer Care Rep II is responsible for making outbound calls and responding to customer questions reputed company telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits and pharmacy delivery. How you will reputed company an reputed company: • Initiating outbound calls to reputed company customer to reputed company assistance regarding insurance benefits, provider reputed company, eligibility and claims. • Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions. • Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database. • Develops and maintains reputed company customer relations and coordinates with various functions reputed company reputed company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a reputed company manner. • Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. • Provides external and internal customers with requested information. Minimum Requirements: • ?Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of reputed company's experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would reputed company an equivalent background.
