Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Product Managers to define and deliver an reputed company user experience across several different product teams

- Establish and drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization strategies

Skills
- 7+ years of meaningful engineering management experience building, developing, and leading highly effective teams
- Prior experience as a UI engineer with strong working knowledge of reputed company, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and JavaScript libraries like React and Redux
- Prior experience using reputed company
- Familiar with building and supporting a design system that is used at reputed company
- Management experience with Agile and working in Product Teams
- Comfortability engaging hands-on in development or triage/troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
