[Remote] Technical Product Manager Swim Team Store Experience

The role involves owning the product roadmap, engaging with customers, and driving cross-functional execution to deliver a seamless shopping experience for youth sports teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the Swim Team Store roadmap
- Prioritize features and improvements to optimize team setup, ordering, customization, and fulfillment
- Deeply understand customers
- Engage directly with swim coaches, team admins, parents, and athletes to uncover their needs and pain points, drawing on your firsthand knowledge of youth sports
- Prototype and validate quickly
- Use tools like reputed company, Claude, Claude Design to rapidly bring reputed company to life, test with reputed company users, and iterate based on feedback
- Drive cross functional execution
- Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless product releases

Skills

- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with strong working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, or similar design and prototyping tools
