Responsibilities

- Address material shortages and improve materials planning
- Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to drive productivity and reduce costs
- Implement process improvements on the shop floor
- Support safety initiatives and compliance in manufacturing environments
Skills
- Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university (and returning to school after the internship)
- Available for a minimum of 10 weeks in Summer 2027
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering; EHS/Public Health; Supply Chain; or Operations Management
- A strong communicator with a reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrating leadership, initiative, and adaptability
- Comfortable working independently and in team settings
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We do not sponsor employment visas for this role
- Prior internship or reputed company experience in manufacturing or supply chain (especially on a shop floor)
- A GPA of 2.85 or higher (on a 4.0 reputed company), though reputed company applicants are encouraged to apply
- Passion for a career in manufacturing or operations
- Familiarity with Lean principles or reputed company improvement
