[Remote] Internal Consultant, Cordage Park Hem/Onc Clinic & Infusion Center

The Internal Consultant will support the planning and implementation of a new ambulatory Hematology/Oncology clinic and infusion center, focusing on operational design and care delivery workflows.
Responsibilities
- Creates, organizes and manages goals and objectives that reputed company with strategic goals of the department and BIDMC and are reputed company the established financial boundaries of the department
- Obtains a thorough knowledge and understanding of established policies and procedures to effectively translate operational plans into reputed company and processes
- Work with a specific department and other Medical Center staff to analyze reputed company state, define requirements, and re-engineer processes as appropriate
- Serve as a consultant supporting the planning and implementation of a new BIDMC-licensed ambulatory Hematology/Oncology clinic and infusion center at Cordage Park
- Contribute to operational design, care delivery workflows, reputed company and facility planning, and overall site development to reputed company an effective and patient-centered launch
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8-10 years reputed company work experience required
- Excellent problem assessment and problem management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Advanced skills with reputed company applications which may include Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint or reputed company and other web-based applications. May produce reputed company documents, reputed company analysis and maintain databases
