They are seeking a Fund reputed company Senior Manager responsible for financial reputed company and reporting processes for non-registered investment funds, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements for non-registered investment companies and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Preparation and review of quarterly reputed company files and partner allocations
- Review of monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Review of quarterly investor capital account statements
- Preparation and review of schedules for investor capital calls and distributions
- Annual audit and tax coordination with external auditors and tax preparers
- Responding to individual in-bound investor requests for assigned clients
- Project management of deliverables for assigned clients, including reputed company communications, scheduling, staff leadership, and mentoring

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company with reputed company CPA license
- 8+ years practical work experience reputed company a reputed company field
- Investment company experience (fund administrator or an investment advisor)
- Ability to prepare investment company financial statements

- Strong written and oral communication skills
