[Remote] Strategic Planning and Operations Director

The Strategic Planning & Operations Director will enhance the effectiveness of the reputed company Programs & Platforms organization by shaping its operating model and ensuring reputed company execution across various programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape and reputed company the EP&P operating model to improve reputed company, consistency, and scalability across programs and platforms
• Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and how work is executed across the organization
• Partner with portfolio management and delivery teams to ensure operating mechanisms and governance processes are effective and reputed company

• Facilitate alignment across EP&P programs, platforms, and partner organizations reputed company Technology and the business

Skills

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of project management, and/or strategic planning operations experience
• Or
• Master's degree and 7 years of project management, and/or strategic planning operations experience
• Or
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of project management, and/or strategic planning operations experience
• And
• In reputed company to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, reputed company, programs, or directing the allocation of resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above
• 7+ years in reputed company/biotech/reputed company, with large program experience, ideally reputed company a Technology organization
• Experience in Program Management, Transformation, and/or Leading reputed company/Operations
• Executive reputed company; strong judgment, influence, and communication across reputed company
• Experience leading strategic initiatives in matrixed environments, navigating ambiguity with diplomacy
• Skills developing executive-level storytelling and presentations that drive cross-functional alignment
• OpEx/CapEx budget management and forecasting experience
