[Remote] Catering Sales Manager

The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing catering orders while building relationships reputed company the local community to drive new catering business.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company catering inquiries for the restaurants in your district
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online submissions to assist guests with catering orders

- Answer customer questions, reputed company recommendations, and upsell catering packages reputed company appropriate
- Process and confirm reputed company catering orders with accuracy, ensuring reputed company necessary details (guest count, dietary needs, delivery/pickup times, etc.) are recorded correctly
- Coordinate order and delivery fulfillment with at your reputed company location

- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm details, reputed company updates, and ensure satisfaction

Skills
- At least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have a valid reputed company's license
- Available to work Monday-reputed company
- Basic experience with computers, i.e. reputed company Suite, email, iPad
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Restaurant experience preferred
