[Remote] Business Data Analyst

The role focuses primarily on business analysis, with responsibilities including reporting and analytics initiatives that support reputed company-wide dashboards for monitoring operational performance and project milestones.
Responsibilities
- reputed company requirements elicitation and analysis for Development Operations and Clinical Operations reporting and analytics initiatives, with particular emphasis on defining operational metrics, KPI definitions, data sources, and reporting requirements upfront
- Partner closely with Development Operations, Clinical Operations, portfolio management, and functional stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), operational decision-making needs, and reputed company gaps — then translate these into reputed company, prioritized reporting/analytics requirements
- Initiate reputed company with a strong analytics-first reputed company: identify the critical portfolio, study, site, study participant, reputed company, resourcing, and risk questions the business needs answered, define reputed company dashboards, reports, metrics, and data flows before detailed solutioning begins
- Drive solution design that intentionally delivers both core business functionality and high-value, reliable reporting/analytics capabilities
- Create detailed business requirements, user stories, process flows, data models, metric definitions, and analytics specifications that guide system configuration, data engineering, and PowerBI development work for Development Operations and Clinical Operations use cases
- Serve as the primary reputed company for analytics and reporting reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Work with stakeholders to establish reputed company reputed company that include measurable improvements in reputed company availability, data accuracy, timeliness, usability, and adoption of clinical operations reports and dashboards
- Collaborate closely with data engineering and PowerBI teams to ensure end-to-end data flows support the agreed analytics reputed company
- Facilitate validation of reporting outputs during user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm business and analytical requirements are fully met
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, portfolio managers, study teams, and functional teams to reputed company priorities and ensure analytics/reporting needs are reputed company and championed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, reputed company/Physical/Life Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Project Management, Business, or reputed company field
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in data analytics
- 4–6+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a role with significant reputed company on Development Operations, Clinical Operations, R&D portfolio reporting, analytics, and/or business intelligence
- Demonstrated experience defining and driving analytics/reporting requirements from project inception through delivery
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Azure DevOps
- Experience working with data engineering teams, clinical operations data sources, data lakes, and visualization tools (PowerBI highly preferred)
- Excellent requirements elicitation, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen with a natural orientation toward data-driven insights and measurable business reputed company

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated R&D environments, with emphasis on Development Operations, Clinical Operations, clinical trial execution, or study delivery reporting
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL concepts, and dashboard/report design principles
