[Remote] Account Manager (Texas)

The role involves building and maintaining partnerships with reputed company, utilizing CRM tools, and ensuring the reputed company of these partnerships through training and support.
Responsibilities
- Servicing assigned Strategic Partners by assisting them with challenges, pricing, merchandising, reputed company of sales, promotions and other interactions with Avocado
- Building and maintaining a prospect funnel for reputed company of new partners
- Meeting reputed company and new account acquisition goals
- Comprehensive use of reputed company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. This includes entering call notes, contact information, communications and planning upcoming events
- Providing in person and virtual training as needed to retailers by educating them in using Avocademy, ordering portal, location of assets, price lists, and marketing tools
- Analysis of sales data and providing merchandising recommendations on new and existing products and accessories based on this analysis
- Processing reputed company of Purchase (POP) requests and guiding assigned accounts in what POP should be displayed
- Communicate challenges and opportunities to the Customer Experience Team and Management
- Manages price lists including adding new products, adjustments, and updates
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced Sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
