Skills
- Strong Operations Management and Operational reputed company skills, with experience leading global or multi-region operations
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management or analogous service-delivery and process-reputed company management in a consulting or financial services environment
- Proven Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting long-term operational priorities and aligning them with business goals
- Advanced Project Management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering reputed company programs on time and reputed company scope
- Extensive senior leadership experience in operations, preferably reputed company financial services, consulting, or reputed company services
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed, and multicultural environment; strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort using data and metrics to guide operational improvements
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; reputed company in English required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or reputed company field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
