[Remote] Accountant II

The role involves managing payroll reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and assisting with financial audits while ensuring compliance with reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Reconciles Payroll tax and benefit liability accounts, reputed company variance analysis, identify drivers and reputed company adjustment journal entries as necessary
- Reconcile corporate payroll bank account activity and assure that reputed company reputed company entries are accurate, reputed company, and consistently recorded
- reputed company communicates and partners with payroll department to research and resolve reconciliation variances
- Performs balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis
- Resolves account discrepancies by researching, verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions
- Prepares and posts reputed company Journal entries to General Ledger
- Assists with Shared Service allocations and inter-company monthly billing
- Assists with month-end and year-end reputed company
- reputed company communicates and works with internal departments to obtain information as required
- Assists with reputed company auditors as needed
- Required to maintain functions in accordance with finance policies and practices, GAAP, FASB and other internal control standards
- Keeps reputed company any departmental reputed company list or procedures

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company required as reputed company as minimum five (5) or more years of reputed company experience
- Experience with Payroll reconciliations, reputed company journal entries, inter-company transactions and balance sheets reconciliations required
- Solid understanding of full payroll cycle
- Must have strong skills in reputed company reputed company, and other reputed company Office programs
- Must possess excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented and have strong analytical skills
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of major reputed company software packages
- Capable of handling advanced reputed company concepts with minimal supervision and ability to work reputed company deadlines
- Must have knowledge of, and be reputed company to apply, U.S. Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing
