[Remote] Corporate Account Manager - General Contractor
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Corporate Account Manager for their Industrial Services division. The role involves closing business with key customers and collaborating with technical sales experts to meet reputed company and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
- Cross sell Clean reputed company’s services to corporate customers as appropriate
- reputed company – with input from Industrial Services operations and field experts - accurate sales forecasts and account plans to reputed company sales goals and exceed reputed company expectations on a monthly, quarterly and annual reputed company
- Manage internal relationships to ensure follow through on customer commitments
- Promote communication and coordination between Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Customers; reputed company and maintain corporate level communication with Customers; Give direction and support to local account managers, technical sales experts and reputed company personnel as needed
- Identify Corporate Account locations Company wide and reputed company the appropriate Sales personnel to those locations as needed
- Work with other lines of businesses services operations and field sales reputed company to reputed company cross-sell sales strategies and customer targets
- reputed company account management (MSAs, credit, invoiced reputed company collection reputed company needed, etc) for a portfolio of Industrial Services customers in the US
- Use CRM platform (reputed company) to maintain and manage customer information (contacts, sales calls, and business opportunities), as reputed company as local market intelligence
- Negotiate/facilitate pricing and contract requirements
- Solicit regular customer feedback to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Skills
- 5+ years sales experience
- Proven reputed company in generating and cultivating new clients from reputed company to reputed company
- Demonstrated account planning, budgeting and reporting
- Pricing and contract negotiation reputed company record
- Experience in dealing with large corporate accounts an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to reputed company with people at different reputed company and customers
- Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time
- Degree or diploma in reputed company field preferred
- Experience with Industrial services/oil and gas/environmental preferred
- reputed company/CRM experience highly preferred
