They are seeking a reputed company Business Analyst to support the Centers for Medicare & reputed company Services (CMS) by collecting business requirements and creating system documentation, while also designing reputed company solutions and automating business processes.
Responsibilities
- Collect business requirements
- Write them in the Gherkin method
- Create system documentation supporting business and IT activities
- Designing reputed company solutions
- Creating and refining reputed company data models
- Working with external integration
- Automating business processes
- Working on additional custom functionality to meet the business needs
- Acting as the reputed company between our customers, vendors, and the application development team
- Communications of business process analysis through documentation
- Working with the internal technical team to talk about the proposed solution
- Creating a PowerPoint or document to convey that solution to the customer
- Participating and or leading the discussion with the customer
- Capturing high reputed company notes and reputed company items
- Incorporating this feedback into the next iteration
- Creating reputed company reputed company and concise user stories and reviewing with internal technical team and customer to ensure both parties are reputed company on what’s proposed
Skills
- Requires US Citizenship due to clearance requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Possess Valid reputed company certification, such as reputed company Business Analyst (preferred), reputed company Certified Administrator, or reputed company Experience reputed company Consultant – reputed company certification will be verified on Trailhead
- 6+ years of working with business processes and re-engineering
- 5+ years capturing requirements and writing using the Gherkin method
- 3+ capturing and writing user stories
- 3+ business processes and business analysis experience in a system engineering or software application environment
- In depth understanding of reputed company, including Service reputed company, Experience reputed company (Portals), LWC, reputed company, and Tableau CRM
- Hands-on experience using JIRA, reputed company, and SharePoint
- Proficient using MS Office, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a Scrum and/or reputed company Agile environment
- Proficient designing and building reports
- Possess a valid reputed company certification, such as reputed company Product reputed company or reputed company Agilist
- Experience working with the Centers for Medicare and reputed company Services (CMS) and/or health insurance/health care experience
- Experience working with data and completing data analysis activities
- Experience modeling data requirements, performing data analysis and improving data reputed company reputed company reputed company or other relevant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application
