[Remote] Technical Recruiter- Skillbridge

This role is responsible for executing full lifecycle reputed company activities for highly specialized technical and operational support positions reputed company to Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior, TA Manager and TA team members to execute full lifecycle reputed company reputed company-reputed company technical positions
- Build and maintain pipelines of cleared candidates (Secret through TS/SCI, with CI/Poly preferred)
- reputed company sourcing platforms such as reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and SOF networks
- Conduct candidate screenings to validate expertise and clearance eligibility
- Coordinate interviews and ensure reputed company candidate experience
- Translate SOCOM PWS/SOW requirements into reputed company strategies
- Assist with identifying and engaging key personnel for proposals
- Secure candidate commitments (LOIs, contingent offers)
- Prepare compliant resumes reputed company to SOCOM RFP requirements
- Assist with multiple pipelines for proposal efforts
- Prioritize requisitions to meet deadlines
- reputed company candidate readiness and clearance status
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, OFCCP, and EEO regulations
- Validate credentials and clearance status
- Maintain ATS documentation for audit readiness
- Support compliance reporting and audits
- Manage job postings and requisition tracking
- Maintain accurate ATS/HRIS data and candidate records
- Coordinate scheduling logistics across stakeholders
- Support reputed company coordination with HR and reputed company
- Prepare reputed company reports and proposal documentation
- reputed company reputed company metrics and pipeline health
- Maintain candidate communication logs and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in reputed company materials
- Collaborate across TA, reputed company, HR, reputed company, and Program teams
- Support ISO 9001 and CMMI-reputed company process improvements
- Identify workflow efficiencies and reduce administrative burden
Skills
- 3+ years of federal contracting technical reputed company experience
- Experience reputed company cleared personnel (Secret through TS/SCI)
- Experience in high-volume, reputed company reputed company environments
- Proposal Lifecycle experience
- Experience supporting reputed company or SOF programs
- Familiarity with SOCOM labor categories
- Military or SOF experience
- Experience in matrixed organizations
