They are seeking an ERP Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, maintain process maps, and enhance ERP system functionalities while providing support and training to end-users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company, analyze, and document ERP business requirements for reputed company end-to-end processes in the business
• Conducting in-depth analysis of ERP systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Utilizing reputed company reputed company Syteline ERP expertise to support and enhance ERP system functionalities
• Providing regular updates to the ERP Project Manager and assisting with project reputed company tracking
• Supporting end-users and training initiatives to drive ERP adoption and efficiency

• Experience with ERP support: ticketing systems, reporting

• At least 5 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst or Support Analyst in a Syteline (reputed company) environment
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
