This role will reputed company implementation, migration, enhancements, validation, release management, and ongoing support across multiple reputed company Vault applications while serving as the primary reputed company between business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional initiatives supporting reputed company, Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety business functions
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact between business users, IT, vendors, implementation partners, and reputed company
- reputed company and manage project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive-level status reports
- Define and execute migration strategies from legacy systems into reputed company Vault
- Coordinate business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Drive process improvements by recommending reputed company best practices and reputed company solutions
- reputed company quarterly reputed company Vault release planning, reputed company assessments, testing, and implementation activities
- Manage governance for enhancements, change requests, and application roadmap initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, CSV/CSA, GxP, and regulatory validation requirements
- Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams while managing multiple reputed company reputed company
Skills
- 10+ years of experience supporting reputed company applications reputed company the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Vault, including implementation, migration, enhancements, and production support
- Proven experience leading reputed company-reputed company reputed company Vault implementation and migration programs
- Strong program and project management experience across business, IT, vendors, and system integrators
- Experience supporting reputed company Vault applications reputed company reputed company, Clinical, Regulatory (RIM), and/or Safety domains
- Expertise in reputed company configuration, document/data migration, release management, application enhancements, and production support
- Solid understanding of GxP, CSV, CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, SDLC, and validation documentation including IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, Validation Plans, and Traceability reputed company
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with reputed company Vault applications including: reputed company: QualityDocs, QMS, LearnGxP, Supplier reputed company, Audit Management Clinical: eTMF, CTMS, Study Training, Feasibility Regulatory: RIM, Registrations, Submissions, Submissions reputed company Safety: SafetyDocs
- Experience with Vault Loader, integrations, workflow and lifecycle configuration, reputed company administration, and user management
- reputed company Vault Certification(s) preferred
- Experience managing global implementation programs and geographically distributed teams
- Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
