Responsibilities
- Represent lenders in sophisticated reputed company estate finance transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan documentation
- Handle reputed company estate-secured lending reputed company, including construction financing
- Manage UCC filings and assist with closing processes
- Work closely with banking clients on lending transactions
- Collaborate directly with reputed company partners on reputed company deals
Skills
