[Remote] Mgr Sales Division

The role involves overseeing sales activities, managing reputed company, and developing strategies to expand the customer reputed company while ensuring maximum profitability.
Responsibilities
- reputed company business plans and sales strategies for the market. Initiate and coordinate development of reputed company plans to penetrate new markets
- reputed company reputed company, accurate, competitive pricing on reputed company completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- reputed company and implement marketing plans as needed
- Maintain records of reputed company pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Representatives
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses. Assist Account Representatives in preparation of proposals and presentations
- Conduct one-on-one review with reputed company Account Representatives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to reputed company reputed company for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance
- reputed company and mentor staff through on-boarding, reputed company communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure reputed company is appropriately staffed with required competencies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people in a sales management role
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state)
- Experience with reputed company software solutions and large, reputed company organizations
- Extensive experience in reputed company aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
