[Remote] Master Data, Order to Cash

The Master Data, Order to Cash Specialist will drive data reputed company and governance across global operations, ensuring compliance and data reputed company while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Defining and maintaining data standards, definitions, and data reputed company rules for O2C domains
- Collaborating with Process reputed company, CS, Finance, IT, and Legal to design and enforce data governance policies
- Managing data reputed company: profiling, remediation of data defects, and measurement of data reputed company KPIs
- Maintaining data reputed company and mapping across systems; support data migration and system changes
- Leading data stewardship activities: issue triage, escalation, and reputed company; coordinate with regional data stewards
- Supporting master data change control processes (additions, deactivations, merges) with reputed company approvals
- Ensuring regulatory/reputed company considerations (e.g., data minimization, PII handling) in data processes
- Providing data-reputed company training and awareness to O2C teams
- Producing and maintain data reputed company dashboards and exception reports; partner on remediation plans
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or reputed company
- 5-7+ years in O2C, Customer Service, or business process improvement and program or project management experience
- Strong process mapping, value reputed company design, and controls thinking
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate reputed company organizations
- Change management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and data governance concepts
- Data-driven decision making; KPI development and tracking
- Risk assessment, issue management, and remediation planning
- MBA or equivalent
- Certifications desired: PMP, Lean Six reputed company, or equivalent
